Programs built around your actual facility, equipment, and people- so if OSHA walks in, your paperwork matches your reality.Covers any OSHA-required written program — HAZCOM, Respiratory Protection, Bloodborne Pathogens, Hearing Conservation, and more. Price depends on the number of programs, your industry, and facility complexity. Most clients need 2–4 programs to become fully compliant.

COMPLIANCE AUDIT: $1500/day.
What's included: A full on-site walkthrough of your safety programs, hazard controls, recordkeeping, and OSHA documentation — followed by a written findings report with a prioritized action list so you know exactly what to fix and in what order.
Think of it as a dress rehearsal before the real inspection. Most clients find at least 2–3 gaps they didn't know existed.

Overnight / multi-day (per travel day) $300 lodging + $100 M&IE
OSHA requires written medical clearance from a licensed health care professional (PLHCP) before any employee is fit tested.
● Option A — Client provides clearance. The employer’s own occupational-health provider screens the questionnaires and supplies written clearance before the test date. No charge from Crossroads. $0
● Option B — Crossroads brokers clearance. Questionnaires are routed to a licensed PLHCP partner, with results tracked to test day. Billed through Crossroads.$35 / person
