OSHA requires written medical clearance from a licensed health care professional (PLHCP) before any employee is fit tested. Two ways to handle it:
● Option A — Client provides clearance. The employer’s own occupational-health provider screens the questionnaires and supplies written clearance before the test date. No charge from Crossroads. $0
● Option B — Crossroads brokers clearance. Questionnaires are routed to a licensed PLHCP partner, with results tracked to test day. Billed through Crossroads.$32 / person
